At BabySure, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality baby products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:


  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and components are included.
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used feeding products.
  • Breast pumps and related accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible products for a different size, color, or replacement where stock is available. Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BabySure is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
